FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION IS THE SEPARATION OF A MIXTURE INTO ITS COMPONENT PARTS, OR FRACTIONS
J.H. Waste Ltd new series Distillation Plants are mainly used for recycling used oils. It is capable of recycling used transmission oil, engine oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, and other oil mixtures. During the process of distillation, the hydrocarbon chain breaks to reform new desired the molecule-structure. Then the oil mist turns into liquid by condensation and the qualified oil comes out as output. The Distillation Plant can effectively remove solid debris, impurities like pitches, waxes, water contents, all the carbon deposits, different oxides from the oil and decrease the acidity. The J.H. Waste Ltd's new series Waste Distillation Plants are especially designed for already operating oil refineries and/or companies generating oils waste streams even for small enterprises who's main business is waste management or in need of waste oil disposal. It is cost- and energy saving, environment friendly provided with EU certificates. The Plant generates minimal waste residues which do not contain oil to pollute the environment. During the processing of the oil regeneration, oil mists and volatile materials are discharged after being incinerated and purified. Its heat supply mainly adopts burning oil, natural gas, coal or electric heating per as the Buyer's request.

The Plant uses advanced technology of reduced pressure distillation, does not use sulfuric-acid and Bleaching earth (Fuller's earth) but just a small quantity of additive material which is low-cost and easy to purchase;

The applyed catalyst is the low-cost material as it is commonly used in chemical engineering and can be found anywhere;

Environment friendly. This equipment is completely closed and never lets harmful emissions out to teh environment. All colloids and asphaltic carbon oils of the waste oil turns into heavy oil sludge which can be used as asphalt;
High rate of efficiency. Its recycling rate is over 75% up to 85% and higher. Normaly the while 80%~85% for oil, 6%~8% for mixture of diesel and gasoline, and 8%~10% for heavy oil;
